2. First Reading Of An Ordinance To Amend The Official Zoning Map Of The City Of Union City, Tennessee To Rezone Property Located At 1602 West Reelfoot Avenue (Owned By MTB Strategic Partners) From P-M (Planned Industrial) To B-2 (Intermediate Business) (Proposed Ord. 270-25).
3. First Reading Of An Ordinance To Amend The Zoning Ordinance Of The City Of Union City, Tennessee To Retitle The Zoning District Currently Known As The P-M (Planned Industrial) District And To Establish Site Plan Review Requirements For Properties Zoned M-1 (Light Industrial) And M-2 (Heavy Industrial) (Proposed Ord. 271-25).
