Paris, Tenn.–Despite the heat, a good-sized crowd was on hand for the Olympics Block Party at Eiffel Tower Park in Paris. The crowd was entertained by Izzy Arthurs and her band and an Olympics-style parade of local businesses and organizations. The Splash Park was free and food trucks were on site. There were plenty of photo ops with the Olympic decorations, too. The event was postponed from last Friday night due to wet weather. (Kathy Ray photo).
