Mr. Bily Lee, 77, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, TN.
He was born to Chester and Hazel Lee of Stewart County, one of six children. He is preceded in death by his parents and oldest sister, Oneida.
He is survived by four siblings, his loving and devoted wife of 47 years, Jennifer, his loving son, Chet, daughter-in-law, Amanda, and two granddaughters, Savannah and McKenna who loved their “Papo” dearly.
He excelled in school sports, served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army, taught English and Theatre Arts at Stewart County High School for thirty-two years, and will be long be remembered for his accomplishments, as a musician and high school dramatist.
At his behest, there will no funeral or graveside service. His remains are to be cremated. He will be dearly missed by his family and dear friends.
