Paris, Tenn.–The 2024 Henry County Fair Books are available now and you’ll notice something different about them right away. They’re much bigger than usual!
The Fair Books are available for free at the Henry County Extension Office at 1120 Tyson Ave., and at local banks and other businesses.
The Henry County Fair is from August 9-12 and its theme is “Week In Fair-A-Dise”. As we reported last week, this year’s Fair Book is dedicated to long-time supporter Tommy Hutson of Buchanan.
This year’s books are book-size, at 8 inch by 11 inch, and contain all the activities and events which will be held during the fair. This year’s Fair pageants are Saturday, August 4.
Activities will include the BBQ cook-offs, dances, dairy cattle show and regional dairy cattle show, wagon rides, free snow cones, cooking at the fair, Century Farm breakfast, pet show, Country Store, the carnival by Belle City Amusements, chainsaw carving, Junior Livestock sale, Country Ham Sale, Demolition Derby, ATV rodeo and much more. Free parking and free gate admission daily.
