Revise The Zoning Map To Rezone Property (And Adjacent Right-Of-Way) Located At 1602 West Reelfoot Avenue (Tax Map 29, Parcel 31.01) Owned By MTB Strategic Partners From P-M (Planned Industrial) To B-2 (Intermediate Business).
Revise The Text Of The Zoning Ordinance To Exempt Handicap Ramps From Minimum Setback Requirements

Revise The Text Of The Zoning Ordinance To Rename The “P-M (Planned Industrial)” Zoning District To The “M (Industrial)” Zoning District And To Adopt Site Plan Review Requirements For Properties Zoned M-1 (Light Industrial) And M-2 (Heavy Industrial)
