Mary Curtis Calhoun, 85, of Indian Mound, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Tennova Healthcare, Clarksville, Tennessee.
She was born on August 26, 1938 in Milford, CT and grew up living with her father and paternal aunts in Chattanooga and Oak Ridge, TN.
She cherished her life as a wife and mother, plus enjoyed years of employment as an engineering consultant and independent contractor.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Ray Calhoun and daughter, Janyce Duke.
She is survived by her son Jack Calhoun (Jeanette); grandsons, Ben and Jon Duke; step grandchildren, Ashley and Amber Anderson.
By her prior request, a private graveside service will be held at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West, Hopkinsville, KY. She will be interred next to her husband of 62 years, Johnnie Ray Calhoun.
