Arrest Made In Martin Shooting Incident

Martin, Tenn.–Martin Police have made an arrest in the shooting incident that occurred Monday, June 24, at 9:02pm Main St. at Virginia St. in Martin.

Christopher Thomas Robinson, age 42, from Greenfield, has been arrested on one count of aggravated assault and  eight counts of reckless endangerment in regards to firing a 9mm handgun and striking the victim’s vehicle with two of the rounds. Further investigation revealed that the offender did fire the handgun at the victim’s vehicle eight times, according to Chief Phillip Fuqua.

Robinson will appear for arraignment on Monday, July 1, at Weakley County General Sessions Court. He is currrently being held in the Weakley County Jail.
