Dover, Tenn.–Kathy Taylor was in the right place at the right time to capture a perfect photo of The American Splendor paddlewheel boat as it passed by Fort Donelson in Dover Saturday. The American Splendor also docked for a time at the W.D. Sykes Museum in Dover, which noted that the riverboats bring people from all over the United States and the world.
