Graves County, Ky.–As of 6:25 p.m., first responders are reporting it will take up to four hours for a roadway to be reopened after a two-vehicle collision that claimed one life and injured three others.
At 3:56pm today, the collision was reported at the intersection of Ky Hwy 440 and Ky Hwy 408, according to Sheriff Jon Hayden.
Utility poles were snapped and power lines are currently down at the accident scene. Power outages have occurred in the immediate area but crews are on scene to restore power.
Please avoid this area while crews continue to work to get the crash site cleaned up and for sheriff’s investigators to conduct the crash investigation.
