Paris, Tenn.–Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge Intern Madison Holmes demonstrates how to use the macroscopes utilized for Thursday’s “Home, Sweet Habitat” program Thursday morning at the Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Botanical Garden in Paris. A large crowd was on hand for the program, conducted by Ranger Joan Howe and Holmes, which highlighted local forest habitat. The kids (and adults) also took a short walk across the street to John Van Dyck’s house to play a tree identification game.
