Martin, Tenn.–Laklynn Noonan, a graduate of South Fulton High School, and her mother, Amanda Powers of South Fulton, visited the University of Tennessee at Martin to take part in the university’s Summer Orientation And Registration (SOAR) event. SOAR is a one-day orientation experience that is designed to introduce new students to UT Martin and ease their transition into college life.
