Paris, Tenn.–Workers installed the new walkway on the west side of the Henry County Courthouse Monday. Southern Concrete and Stephenson Construction began work on the project last week, scraping up the old brick. The new walkway is a reddish-colored concrete to match the courthouse. The brick walkways have become crooked and unstable and the walkway on the west side is being replaced first. Over time, the walkways for the east and north sides also will be replaced.
