Paris, Tenn.–Workmen have been busy this week beginning a project to replace the brick walkways at the Henry County Courthouse with concrete walkways. The new walkways will be a reddish color to match the courthouse. Southern Concrete and Stephenson Construction are working on the project, with the walkway on the west side being replaced first.
