Paris, Tenn.–Another good Eagle Scout doing a good deed for the community.
The Henry County Carl Perkins Center was blassed with a new ramp, thanks to Eagle Scout Joshua Ybbara. Joshua raised funds and built the new handicap-accessibe ramp at the center, located at 305 W. Washington St. in downtown Paris.
Director Carly Wheat said, “This young man designed and coordinated his project. What a way to give back to his community. We are very thankful!”
Joshua’s parents are Ryan Ybarra and Rachel Castello.
