Paris, Tenn.–The W.G. Rhea summer story hour started Monday at the Atkins-Porter Neighbhorhood Botanical Garden. The theme was bubbles and there were bubbles galore: Children’s Librarian Kayla Nation brought her bubble machine, bubble wrap and read books about bubbles. She also handed out little rubber duckies to all the kids. Her intern this summer is Reese Palmer. Story hour is every Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the garden, which is located at 311 Jackson St., Paris. And it’s free. Shannon McFarlin photo.
