Elwanda Crutcher Beasley

Mrs. Elwanda Crutcher Beasley, 89, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Spring Creek Rehabilitation in Murray.

She was born Friday, July 6, 1934, in Model (Stewart County), Tennessee, the beloved daughter of the late George and Artie Ann Parsons Crutcher.

Edwanda enjoyed her work as a sales person in a fabric store for many years.

The joy of her life was being a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who loved having her family together in her home.

She was a member of Canton Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by the love of her life, husband: Kenneth Gordon Beasley; and brother: Jimmy Crutcher.

She is survived by her daughters: Pamela Cain (Michael), of Murray, KY, and Phyllis Ecoff (Roger), of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren: Ryan Cain, of Nashville, TN, and Danielle (Dannie) Hill, of Benton, KY; great granddaughter: Lily Hill; brother: Billy Joe Crutcher, of Dover, TN; sister: Betty Sue Killebrew, of Richmond, VA; and sister-in-law: Linda Crutcher, of Paris, TN.

A visitation will be held at Anglin Funeral Home Tuesday, May 28, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Ham Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
