Paris, Tenn.–Erik Stonebraker is an incredible acrylic artist and self taught painter that just started painting 7 years ago when he was still living in Las Vegas. Since moving to Paris, Tennessee a little over 2 years ago, his art has exploded and he has acquired many collectors & followers. Many of his paintings have found new homes to live in across the country in places like Indiana, Missouri, Nevada, Georgia, Florida, Idaho and Tennessee. He has received an Honorable Mention for Best In Show, at the Artist Showcase, in 2022, from the Paris-Henry County Arts Council.
The reception is held from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, May 19, at the Paris Academy for the Arts.
Erik’s art is all about color and simplicity. His style is Casual Contemporary Abstract. The two main comments he receives by collectors are: “Your Art Makes Me Smile” & “Your Art Makes Me Happy.” I couldn’t ask for anymore than that..”, he said.
