Springville, Tenn.–It was a full day at the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge Saturday as it hosted its 2nd annual Spring Festival. The Festival was complete with a long list of activities for young and old and the refuge partnered with a long list of local wildlife and conservation-based agencies who are brought educational, but fun activities for participants, including the LBL, TWRA, Paris Landing State Park, National Guard, Civil Air Patrol, TVA and more.
