Buchanan, Tenn.–Paris Landing State Park once again came out on top of the My TN State Park fundraiser.
Paris Landing raised the highest amount of donations among parks in west Tennessee. Park officials said donors raised over $7,200 that will be used to support the construction of five new aviaries for the park’s animal ambassadors. Paris Landing was the top state park in west Tennessee last year, as well.
State officials said this year’s fundraiser was a record-breaking success. Generous supporters donated over $138,000 to help make the state parks parks even better.
Thanks to this incredible support, our parks will fund projects like repairing hiking trails, supporting animal ambassadors, and enhancing educational efforts.
