Ms. Joyce Costin, 69, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2024, peacefully at her residence with her loving family by her side.
She was born Wednesday, May 12, 1954 in Dover, Tennessee, the beloved daughter of the late Douglas E. and Brooxie Joiner Myers.
Joyce loved her family with all her heart and enjoyed having the home to make memories.
She earned her associates degree in Office Management in Kansas while raising three children and supporting her husband’s military career.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Timothy Allen Costin; and brother: Archie Lee Myers.
She is survived by her loving and devoted children: Heather Barrett (Chris), Toby Costin (Casey) and Brian Costin; brother: James Myers (Elise); sister-in-law: Lori Myers; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel Friday, May 3, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. and will continue until the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Ralph Stone, Sr. officiating.
Burial will follow at Heflin Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Wesley Myers, Cort Barrett, Cole Barrett, John Bryant, Ethan Costin and Joey Costin.
Joyce loved her animals and the family request in lieu of flowers, memorial in Joyce’s memory be made to SCAMP.
