Carol Ann Armstrong

Carol Ann Armstrong, 56, was called home to be with the Lord Thursday, April 25, 2024, at her residence.

She was born Thursday, December 7, 1967, the beloved daughter of Jimmie and Nancy Heflin Mullins.

Carol enjoyed spending her past-time fishing. Setting on the river bank was very peaceful and relaxing to her.

She was a loving and caring assistant Pre-K teacher at North Stewart Elementary School and was a Sunday School teacher at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She loved teaching children and used her crafting skills while working with them. Carol loved the Lord and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her sister: Pamela June Mullins.

Carol leaves behind her loving parents: Jimmy and Nancy Mullins; devoted husband: Clint Armstrong; cherished children: Miranda Bolt Hickman (Jacob), Trevor Bolt, Elijah Thomas; step-son: Cody Armstrong; step-daughter: Kodi Frost; seven precious grandchildren; sister: Tonya Welker (James), several nieces, nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.

A visitation will be held at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel Sunday, April 28, 2024, beginning at 12:00 p.m. and continuing until the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Joe Shannon officiating.

Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, Tennessee.

Serving as pallbearers are Perry Robertson, Jacob Hickman, Trevor Bolt, Eli Thomas, Rickey Kirkland, Jacob Williams and Dave Candler. Honorary pallbearers will be her loving co-workers from NSES.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made at F&M Bank in Carol’s memory.
