Paris, Tenn.–The annual meeting of the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, April 15, at the Krider Performing Arts Center in Paris. KPAC is located at 650 Volunteer Dr.
This is a very important meeting as the board distributes funds to local organizations and groups, celebrates another successful Helping Hand year and elects three new board members.
Board Secretary Allie Harper said, “Funded organizations must have one representative at this meeting to pick up their check, if they were approved this year. An individual can only pick up one check and represent one organization. Any group that is unavailable to pick up their check at the April 15th Annual Meeting will need to pick up their check at the October 2024 Board meeting. Helping Hand “is so grateful for the generosity of our sponsors, volunteers, donors, bidders, and supporters who helped us raise over $500,000 for the second year in a row! This year 91 organizations/groups are receiving Helping Hand funds from the 2024 Auction,” she said. “Thank you all for your dedication to Henry County Helping Hand and allowing us to continue to offer a “helping hand to those in need in our community.”
