Paris, Tenn.–Several local men were indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury for sex crimes and crimes against children in its March session.
Larry Randolph Reynolds, age 68, Hwy. 22, McKenzie, was charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor; six counts of posession of a firearm during a dangerous felony; possession of a controlled substance. According to the indictment, local law enforcement traced over 35 photos through the National Center of Missing and Exloited Children website to Reynolds’ home.
Officers also found more images of minors in sexual activities or simulated activities. He also had a marijuana grow operation at his home, including two Baretta handguns, an AR-15; a rifle, a handgun and a pistol.
Also indicted–
Jeffrey M. Wilson, age 34, Cooper St., Paris, two counts rape.
John Joseph Gibbs III, Paris, age 52, four counts of rape of a child.
Justin D. Farris, age 41, Brooks St., Paris, especially aggravated exploitation of a minor, aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
Roy Lee Arnold, age 71, W. Chestnut St., Puryear, aggravated sexual battery, continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Terry Duncan, age 35, of Memphis, solicitation of a minor. He is accused of setting up a videocall with a minor in Paris.
In another indictment–
Steven Weatherly, age 54 and Christopher Smith, age 39, both of Memphis, charged with theft of property.
According to the indictment, they are accused of stealing two John Deere lawn mowers and a utility trailer from Tennessee Tractor in April of 2023.
Henry County Criminal Investigation Division (CID) officers were able to track the mowers as they were being driven to a warenoohouse in Memphis. Upon their arrival there, they were arrested.
–A Missouri man was indicted on two counts of vehicular homicide after two of his passengers were killed in a single-car accident on Hwy. 69 in Paris.
Richard Wayne Gamble, age 63, of Pacific, Mo., was the driver of the vehicle. Two passengers, Daniel Lee Moore, age 65, and William Leon Gamble, 69, of Paris, both died in the wreck.
