
McKenzie, Tenn.–Jackelyn Padilla and Alyse Lowe of McKenzie High School are the recipients of Ray and Linda Morris Scholarship at Bethel University. Their outstanding academic achievements and dedication to their studies throughout high school have truly set them apart, according to Bethel officials. With their impressive GPA and ACT scores, along with their commitment to pursuing majors in Math, Biology, or Nursing, they exemplify the qualities that the scholarship aims to recognize and support.
“This scholarship program enables us to continue recruiting talented students from the local high school and helping students like Jackelyn and Alyse pursue higher education while remaining in Carroll County”, according to Tina Hodges, Director of Recruitment and Admissions.
As recipients of this scholarship, Jackelyn and Alyse will not only receive financial assistance for their tuition but also the opportunity to further excel academically and contribute to their chosen fields of study. “Bethel University is thrilled to have such talented and promising individuals join its community,” according to Dr. Bob Watkins, Interim President, “and we look forward to witnessing their continued success and growth over the next four years.” Congratulations once again to Jackelyn Padilla and Alyse Lowe on this well-deserved achievement!
