
Murray, Ky.–A Murray woman has been arrested on charges of theft and fraudulent use of a credit card for reportedly stealing from the Murray Tiger Booster Club.
According to the press release from the Murray Police, on February 5th, members of the Murray Tiger Booster Club reported that they had discovered fraudulent charges on the organization’s debit card as well as missing bank deposits.
The Booster Club filed a criminal report with the Murray Police Department. MPD Detectives investigated the matter. As a result of this investigation, on 2/26/2024, Haley Mardis (35) of Murray, was arrested and lodged in the Calloway County Jail on the following charges:
• Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card $1,000 to $10,000
• Theft By Unlawful Taking $10,000 to $1,000,000
