Patty Ann Trueblood, 76, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
She was born Thursday, January 29, 1948, the beloved daughter of the late Herschel and Ivah Ames Hamrick.
Patty was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, and she lived there until she moved to Tennessee, in 2017.
She worked for over 30 years for Columbia House in the accounts payable department.
She loved her precious grandchildren dearly. She especially enjoyed listening to her grandson sing and perform.
She enjoyed playing Euchre at the Krietenstein American Legion Post 104 and playing Gin Rummy, Bingo, and other games on Pogo.com and online.
She loved spending time with her friends and family at their cabin in Mansfield, Indiana.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and loyal friend to many.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband: Ronald Leon Trueblood, Sr.; sister: Carol Hamrick; and her loving dog: Tommy.
She is survived by her sons: Ronald Trueblood, Jr., (Nita), of Terre Haute, Indiana and Darrell Trueblood (Belinda) of Woodlawn, TN; sister, Cheryl Cochran (Dave) of Terre Haute, IN; sister-in-law: Peggy G rubb (Russ), of Terre Haute, Indiana; grandchildren: Heather Trueblood (Jerry), Tyler Trueblood (Hope), Jeremy Funk, Michael Funk, and Taylor Trueblood; nieces and nephews: Sara Grubb, Amanda Grubb, Brian Fries, and Kristi Boyll.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in Terre Haute, Indiana, at a later date.
