Paris, Tenn.–The Paris FFA conducted a solemn flag retirement ceremony Wednesday morning at Henry County High School. The ceremony has become an annual event. A large group of students, SROs, Paris Firefighters, and advisors gathered around the flag pole in front of the high school for the ceremony. Emcees were FFA President Brevin Hutson and other FFA officers. They took turns reading descriptions of the ceremony and its purpose and asked everyone on hand to “never take for granted the freedoms we have”. Shannon McFarlin photo.
