Mrs. Evita Totty, 43, died at her residence Sunday, February 18, 2024.
She was born in Chicago, Illinois, Thursday, November 13, 1980. She is preceded in death by her father: Guadalupe Hernandez; and brother: Rocky Hernandez.
She worked at The Department of Human Service in Dresden, was an office manager at Generations and she was also a substitute teacher for Dresden High School.
She is survived by her husband: Jason Totty; two daughters: Hannah Totty and Megan Totty, all of Martin; her mother: Linda Hernandez, of Martin; three sisters: Carla (Tommy ) Summers, of McKenzie, Gracie (Andrew) Clements, of Gadson, Alabama, and Lupe Hernandez of Martin, and four brothers Paul Hernandez, Rudy (Stephanie) Fuentes, Marco ( Jenny) Zepeda and Jonathan Medina
Funeral services for Evita Totty are Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Sandy Branch Cemetery.
