Mr. Ronald William Smith, 80, died at his residence Thursday, February 15, 2024.
He was born in Springfield, Illinois, Saturday, September 18, 1943, to the late Floyd and Opal Marie Sutton Smith.
He was an electronic technician, a member of the US Army, and attended McKenzie Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years: Wanda Clark Smith, of McKenzie; two daughters: Karen Fry (Richard Carpenter), of McKenzie, and Audrey Seals, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; a son: Bill (Angela) Smith, of Arlington, Tennessee; nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life for Ronald William Smith is Monday, February 26, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at The Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery Parkers Crossroads.
Following the service, the family will have a potluck at the Farmers Market in McKenzie.
