Marilyn June Keatts Wiggins, 78, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 18, 2024.
Born Sunday, June 30, 1946, in Indian Mound, Tennessee, to Billy and Annie Keatts.
She was the fifth of 10 children.
June married Thomas J.C. Wiggins Saturday, February 8, 1964. They were married 56 years when J.C. passed away Monday, December 14, 2020.
They had two sons: Tim, who died at age 23, Sunday, February 19, 1989, and who was missed forever, and Jason. When Tim was killed, June wrote a book of poems about grief entitled: “Hear Our Cries” for the victims of violent crimes.
She enjoyed building and decorating houses, buying and selling real estate, investing in stocks, and being with family.
She was survived by her son: Jason, his wife: Lori, and their daughter:Sophia. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
She will be missed and was loved by all.
Visitation and funeral service will be held at Anglin Funeral Home Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. and continue until the funeral service at 1:00 p.m.
Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, Tennessee. The family will serve as pallbearers.
