Helping Hand Radio Auction Now Up To $326,914

Paris, Tenn.–With eight more days to go, the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction has now raised $326,914.

On Monday, $7,818 was raised by the FFA, Young Farmers & Ranchers, 4-H Clubs of Henry County, HCHS No Fly Zone and Eiffel Gardens.

Tuesday’s items will be donated by Paris City employees, Paris Board of Public Utilities, Como community and Project Help. Wednesday’s items are donated by the Van Dyke/Routon communities and Spring Hill Baptist Church. On Thursday, items will be donated by Maplewood Baptist Church, Child Evangelism Fellowship, Peppers Automotive, Grace Episcopal and Henry County Basketball Boosters. Friday, items will be donated by SPringville, World’s Biggest Fish Fry, AHC Healthcare and Doghouse Rescue.

Saturday will be another big day, with the Tennessee Valley Community Church donating items.

During the week, auctions begin at 12:30 p.m. and on Saturdays, auctions begin at noon.

Helping Hand runs from January 8 through February 28 and raises thousands of dollars each year for over 90 non-profit and public service organizations. Last year was a banner year, with a record-setting $519,630 raised.
