Springville, Tenn.–The winter waterfowl banding continues at the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge. They have banded and placed transmitters on mallards, black duck, and gadwall in partnership with the Tennessee Mallard Project. They have also banded many green-winged teal and American wigeons this year. (Refuge photo).
