Paris, Tenn.–Romance is in the air in Paris: Paris, Tennessee, that is. Plans are for the Eiffel Tower to be lit up tonight red in honor of Valentine’s Day. City officials invite everyone to visit with their sweethearts for a perfect photo opportunity.
