Kenneth D. “Kenny” Linsman,  77, of Paris, Tennessee, died Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at his residence.

He was born Monday, February 11, 1946, in Paris, Tennessee, to the late John Linsman, and the late Ida M. Hart Linsman Jones. Besides his parents, Kenny was preceded in death by a daughter: Alecia Gail Linsman.

Kenny was a US Army Vietnam Veteran and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

He enjoyed playing golf, hosting parties with his friends, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was the retired owner and operator of North American Caviar Company in Paris, Tennessee.

Kenny is survived by his longtime girlfriend: Mary Langhi, of Paris and her family of Benton, Kentucky; one daughter: Christel (Clay) Young, of Paris, Tennessee; two sisters: Linda Hosford, of Paris, Tennessee, and Tammy Vinson, of Ohio; four brothers: Johnny (Frances) Linsman, of Paris, Tennessee, Edward Linsman, of Memphis, Tennessee, Jimmy (Nancy) Harris, of Memphis, Tennessee, and William Linsman, of Kentucky; two granddaughters: Madison (Correy) Stroope, of Paris, Tennessee, and Lauren Young, of Paris, Tennessee; one great-granddaughter: Elizabeth Kay Stroope; and his best friends: Ray (Kay) Houston.

Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St, Paris, Tennessee.  Visitation will be Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 12 – 2:30 p.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home.

The graveside service will be Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Cemetery with Bro. Russell Ragsdale officiating.

Pallbearers will be: Neil Matlock, James Matlock, Ernesto Lopez, Doris Rowlett, John Tyree, and Steve Powers.

His golfing buddies are named as honorary pallbearers.

Burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery in Paris, Tennessee.
