Cottage Grove, Tenn.–At the well-attended annual Cottage Grove Volunteer Fire Department annual banquet, top awards for the year were handed out. The banquet was held at Carmack’s Fish Barn and Guest Speaker was Brian Tucker, McKenzie Fire & Rescue Chief.
Awards given out were:
Officer Training Award – Luke McDade
Responder of the year – Jamin Ingham
Officer Responder of the year – Lawayne Wagler
FireFighter of the year – Jamin Ingham
Station of the year – Station #4
Fire Chief John Weiher said, “Big Thank You to Carmacks Fish Barn for another wonderful meal. After missing one year, it was nice to be back.”
