Union City, Tenn.–Football and volleyball standouts were honored at the recently held Union City High School fall sports banquet.
Tornado football skipper Nick Markle revisited the highlights from his team’s 9-4 campaign that ended in the Class 1A quarterfinals.
The coach formally recognized UC players who made the All-Region 7 team and also presented seven seniors with their home jerseys as a keepsake.

Fourteen UCHS volleyball players were awarded letters after the Lady Tornadoes posted a 7-14 record during the 2023 season.
