
Paris, Tenn.–With the $2,724 raised today, the grand total is now up to $54,003 for the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction. Today’s auctioneer was Noel Hatman and the Quota Club manned the phones.
On Friday, items will be donated by Central Point and Palestine communties, Bridge of Hope Church, Tennessee Valley High School Bass Club, Security Bank, White & Associates Wimberley Agency. Saturday is Educator’s Day.
Helping Hand runs from January 8 through February 28 and raises thousands of dollars each year for over 90 non-profit and public service organizations. Last year was a banner year, with a record-setting $519,630 raised.
