WellSky, a renowned leader in healthcare technology, conducted a thorough survey that evaluated various agencies across the nation. The focus was on patient experience, a critical measure of an agency’s quality program. Henry County Medical Center Home Health emerged as a proven leader, excelling in providing a superior level of patient satisfaction.
The recognition is particularly significant as it is based on a comparative analysis of agencies participating in WellSky’s Home Health CAHPS system over the past year. The results of the Overall Satisfaction or Likelihood of Recommending survey questions have placed our agency in the top 25% of WellSky’s National Home Health CAHPS database.
