Ms. Carol (Grissom) Norman, 78, of Dover, Tennessee, was called home to be with the Lord Wednesday, January 10, 2024, with her loving family by her side.
She was born Tuesday, December 18, 1945, the beloved daughter of the late George and Viola Vetter.
Carol loved the Lord.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to everyone.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son: Rowdy Grissom; brother: Joey Vetter; and sister: Georgia Ann Vetter.
She leaves behind her loving family: her husband of 25 years: James Doyle Norman; daughter: Kathy Vertrees Davis (Steve); sons: Christopher Keese and Steve Keese; brothers: Buddy Vetter and George Vetter; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Friday, January 19, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 10:00 a.m. with Bro. Jim Norman officiating.
Burial will follow at Standing Rock Cemetery, Dover, Tennessee.
