
Paris, Tenn.–Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident Monday night at the intersection of Hwy. 79N and Hwy. 218 in Henry County.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol this morning issued the accident report. The accident occurred at 4:50 p.m.when a 2023 Nissan Rogue driven by Lavonne Dyer, age 59, was northbound on Hwy.79 and a 1998 Dodge Ram driven by Brandon Hartwell, age 26, was southbound on the highway. Both collided at the intersection of Hwy. 218.
The Highway Patrol does not identify what cities people involved in wrecks are from–the report only indicates both drivers are from Tennessee.
According to the report, both drivers and a 19-year-old passenger in Hartwell’s vehicle were injured. All were wearing seat belts. The report does not indicate how seriously their injuries were or whether they were transported to the hospital.
