The Obion County School District has announced that in addition to already providing free breakfast, they now provide lunch to students at no cost. “We are excited to be able to provide this option to our students and understand what a big help this can be to all families,” Obion County Schools Superintendent Tim Watkins said.
Watkins made the announcement at the Obion County Schools monthly Board Meeting. Additionally, he said that students have not been charged for their lunches since returning to school after Christmas Break.
