Troy, Tenn.–The crisis negotiation team from Madison County in Jackson is doing a presentation for the Criminal Justice students at Obion County Central High School today. Several members of the law enforcement community are also present. School officials said, “We are grateful for their time and willingness to share their expertise with our students. Mr. Heath Cunningham is the Criminal Justice teacher.”
