Paris, Tenn.–One of the spookiest sites in Paris this Halloween is the Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Botanical Garden, which has more and more scary stuff in it each year. The garden is located at 311 Jackson St. and is open to the public. There are other elaborate Halloween displays elsewhere in the Atkins-Porter neighborhood, which each year draws some 1,000 children on Halloween night. (Shannon McFarlin photo).
