Bring your chairs and meet us at the Obion County Courthouse for Obion County’s Bicentennial Celebration on Saturday, October 14th!!
Start the day with Run the Rails, then Kick Off Obion County Fall Fest with a Downtown Cook Off & Feed sponsored by Tyson, Live Music, Beer Garden, and Cornhole Tournament!
Schedule:
  • 5 a.m. Cook Off Begins
  • 7 a.m. Run the Rails
  • 11:30 a.m. Speech by Mayor Steve Carr
  • 12 p.m. Tyson Feed
  • 12:30 p.m. Cornhole Registration
  • 12:30 p.m. Beer Garden with Reelfoot Brewing Company
  • 1:30 p.m. Cornhole Tournament
  • 4 p.m. Cook Off Judging Begins
  • 5 p.m. Giveaway Winner Announced
  • 6 p.m. Cook Off Winner Announced

12 p.m.- 6 p.m. Live Music:Local artists Hinson Hill Music and Tips in the Jar kick off music for the day with Bucky Covington closing the event. Bucky Covington is a Top 8 American Idol finalist, with three top 10 country singles, and 5 Top 40 Hits.All attendees are encouraged to eat and shop at our downtown merchants the day of the event; all receipts should be kept and turned in at the Bicentennial Celebration Registration table for a chance to enter and win items from our Main Street merchants. Winner will be announced at 5 p.m.
