Paris, Tenn.–The Downtown Paris Association has announced the winners of this year’s Scarecrows on the Square contest, with the All Temp entry–which shows a scarecrow fixing a real air conditioning unit– claiming Best of Show.
Other winners are: Most Original Farm Bureau Women; Best Constructed Board of Public Utilities; and Honorable Mention had a tie, with both Dyersburg State Community College and Bass Realty claiming the prize.
The DPA asks that the public vote on Peoples’ Choice by going to the DPA Facebook page and voting on the photo of the one you like the best. The Peoples’ Choice winner will be announced later in the month.
Scarecrows on the Square will remain up through October.
