Dover, Tenn.–The Stewart County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating two runaway juveniles.
Kaylie Lynn Black and William Terry Wayne Marshall are believed to be together in a 1999 Red Nissan Frontier ext cab, 2wd with a black toolbox- TN Tag: 780BBBH
Descriptions are:
Kaylie Lynn Black, W/F, 5’7, 110lbs, blue eyes, blonde hair with pink and purple hair underneath.
William Terry Wayne Marshall “Will”, W/M, 6’2, 135lbs, blue eyes and blonde hair.
