Patricia Ann Hopkins, 77, of Paris, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at Henry County Healthcare Center.
Patricia Ann Cox Hopkins was born Saturday, October 20, 1945, in Henry County, Tennessee, to the late Raymond B. Cox and the late Paytre Lillian Nichols Cox.
Patricia was a graduate of Cottage Grove High School and formerly worked as a butcher at Big L Foods and Jim Adams IGA.
Patricia was also a Baptist by faith.
She married William Keith Hopkins Sunday, October 17, 1965, and he preceded her in death Thursday, November 21, 2019.
Besides her parents and husband, Patricia is also preceded by siblings: Linda Paulette Cox and James Baxter Cox, who were both stillborn, and by her brothers: Ronnie Rhea Cox, Robert Wayne Cox, and Jerry Dan Cox.
She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other family members.
The visitation is scheduled for after 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 2, 2023, until time of service.
Her funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2023, at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Wimberley to officiate.
Burial will follow the service in Olive Branch Cemetery.
Named as pallbearers are Shane Cox, Trent Carter, Jeremy Cox, Tony Elkins, Chuck Elizondo, and Mike Lanius.
