Howard G. Finley, Sr., affectionately known as “Bud” to his wife and friends, “Dad” to his children, and “Paw Paw” to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, passed away at home Saturday, September 23, 2023, of natural causes in Dover, Tennessee.
Bud was preceded in death by his father: AY Finley; mother: Margaret (Petitt) Finley; daughter: Lisa (Finley) Brown.
He is survived by his wife: Francis Finley; son: Glenn Finley (Sarah); son: Tim Finley (Sonda); sister: Jean Petty (Don); grandchildren: Kelly Daniel (Jeremy), Casey Reyes (Juelz), Cody Brown (Jess), Melissa Williams (Freddie), Austin Finley (Daena), Dallas Finley, Justin Finley, Sam Finley (Nikki), and Chris McHenry (Allison); 12 great-grandchildren.
