Buchanan, Tenn.–The Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Bash has officially wrapped up at Paris Landing State Park and it was Murray State University’s Harlan Thomas that took home the grand prize worth over $5,000. Some 560 anglers competed this weekend.
The top finisher of the event took home a @power.pole pro series 2, a 5″ @bobsmachine Jackplate, $1,000 @bassproshops Gift Card, 2 @abugarcia_fishing VERITAS PLX, and 1 pair of @bajiosunglasses sunglasses!
For winning Harlan walked away with $1000 for the @yamahaoutboards contingency, and $500 for @garminfishhunt tournament rewards! That does not include other prizes Harlan won in different sessions.
A huge weekend for Harlan and the Murray State University bass team. Murray State’s Braiden Koerber came in third and Will Burch came in 14th.
Bethel anglers placed in the top 50, with Jackson Smith at 24th; Gage Byars at 38th; and Hunter Fillmore at 41st.
