Hickman, Tenn.–Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Fulton County Fire and Rescue rescued a man from the Mississippi River when his boat overturned. Sheriff Parker said, they “did an extraordinary job of rescuing a gentlemen from overturned watercraft yesterday. I am thankful for each of these individuals.”
